My passion is helping people open their heart again to the world, turning it back to temple of hope and grace. This is the magic of transformation, the magic each heart deserves.

Born in Israel at 1973, and moved to the Netherlands to live together with my beloved partner ten years ago. I live and work in Haarlem. I have a certification in mediation from the “Gome” mediators institute in Israel. I am a mother to Meira, 3 years old, and am raising together with my partner his son Jelte, 13 years old.

I work as a Soul Coach, Family consultant and mediator. My book “Belly” was published by Carmel publishers in Israel at 2000. The book tells the story of my own redemption out of a tragic childhood. This book became a “must-have” book in Israel, for anyone coping and wishing to heal their crisis or trauma. Based on the book’s success I was asked to consult and supervise governmental welfare organizations as well as training managers, social-workers, therapists and teachers, teaching intimacy and empathy skills for those facing crisis and hopelessness through their patients and pupils.
The main field of my experience is teaching how to overcome passivity and helplessness, on the way to generate an independent reality free of fear, shame or habit.

Working with expats – empowering the vibe of bravery

Being myself a foreigner, exposed me to the complexity of changing and redefining all life settings at once. The need to figure out who you are in your new life constellation demands time and intimacy within yourself, and at the ability to ask for help, when needed. The reason I choose to work with expats is the potential I recognize for true emotional growth.
I work with expats and their families on the significant challenges of relocation, integration, balance between home and carrier, identity question marks and parenthood in a foreign country. Partnership issues might appear when you are away from home and challenge you with doubts. There I see the golden opportunity for a deep dialog between all partners involved. Support, guidance and openness can bring you where you really desire to be. Authenticity, passion and devotion will be your compass for a vital and vibrating life. I will be there to fire you up, challenge you and embrace your wisdom.

Parenthood

I support and empower parents and teenagers teaching to recreate a fruitful and respectful relationship using useful tools to create a harmonious communication and conflict resolution. For both parents and youngsters this unique period can be the port for growth and bliss. The beauty of a live and kicking human growing up and ready to leave your warm nest is a magical and powerful thing and at the same time emotionally loaded for yourself and the kids as well. Here I offer you my hand.
Enriching and stimulating the passion for life within youngsters who feel lost or lonely is my biggest mission.

New family

Another precious aspect of my family consultation is the preparation of young couples to the new phase becoming parents. When a new family is been born, a revolutionary phase in your life has begun. Different from all courses and programs which deal with pregnancy and the delivery, The Emotional Preparation Course, offers a different perspective to your journey. All questions regarding yourself, your partner, the relationship both of you and the bond with the baby, are all deep and relevant issues which ask your full presence and attention. For this purpose I have developed a new and exciting program for young parents,emotionally preparing the young couple for the big challenge of partnership and parenthood.
It is not the information which young parents miss, but the support and the tools for devolving and embodying their own authentic way. Emotions, opinions, fear, belief, play a major role in shaping a new family and from my experience there is a need for support, patience and useful perspectives and tools for this amazing new path.

Separation and divorce

Are you looking for positive and empowering ways to communicate with your ex-partner, reaching a common ground regarding parenthood? At this point in your life I can offer you my mediation as a basic tool for dealing with conflict and miscommunication.Together we will strengthen your center point and find peace inside you. I help divorced and divorcing parents create parenthood plans which are based on careful and attentive listening to the needs of all sides. Good and peaceful separation can make a world of a difference for the future of your kids. That’s my mission.
